Day 7: Reflection

I thought that in doing critiques, reaction and review papers; you would state your opinions and biases as a whole, but in an acceptable manner, the good critique or review musn't only contain your 'own' reaction about the subject. The reaction paper contains different parts, and it is important to remember that these parts depend on what subject your critique focuses into (may it be art, play, movie, book or thesis paper).

I learned that there is a profound similarity between critique, reaction and review paper; since they specialize the same thing of describing and commenting about a certain subject. I learned that there are different kinds of review perspectives. These review perspectives focus on: formalism (structure of the subject), feminism (how women are justified in the subject),  marxism (how the society is defined in the subject) and reader's response (how does the audience understood the subject).
